5 Month CNC Programmer Certification  for Current Machine Tool Operators

IMTT offers a 5 month program where the emphasis is on developing the skills required to become a CNC programmer.

IMTT Provides Hands-on Training on a 5-Axis Mill/Turn with Siemens 840D Control

You will develop a unique set of skills and experience on 5 axis Mill/turn with Siemens Control which is in high demand and valued by employers in High-End Industries such as Aerospace, Medical, Pharmaceutical and many others.

Employers are seeking individuals with the right attitude and skillset which they can build on to become part of their skilled workforce.

Flexible Schedules

IMTT offers flexible schedules for students who are working full-time or have other commitments and would like to attend school.

  • Full-time programs are offered Monday to Friday 8:00am to 2:00pm, or 4:30pm to 10:00pm
  • Part-time non-registered certificate programs (39 hours) on Saturdays

Small Class Sizes – Individual Attention

IMTT offers a great environment for learning with classrooms, computer labs and workshop all under one roof. Classroom sizes are limited to 18 students which allows for better communication between teacher and students. Practicum in the workshop is offered on a one – on – one basis which allows the students to be directly engage in programming, setting-up and operating CNC machines with teacher supervision.

Each student is responsible for designing, programming, setting-up and machining 15 projects (only in the 10 month diploma program) before the end of their program. This intense method of hands-on training will develop students’ skills and confidence.
