Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
There are 5 Key performance indicators (KPIs) that measure performance of a college:
- Graduation Rate
- Graduate Employment Rate
- Graduate Employment Rate in the Field of Study
- Student Satisfaction Rate and
- Employer Satisfaction Rate
Graduates are contacted at random by phone by the surveying company (Forum
Research) six months after graduation and asked to provide answers to questions related to their employment and satisfaction from their program. They are also asked if they consent to contacting their employer for Employer survey.
