CNC Machine Tool Operator and Programmer Course
Focuses on a wide range of turning and milling processes, such as general turning operations, multiple repetitive cycles in OD and ID, facing, parting, grooving, drilling and threading operations. Includes calculation of tool capabilities, cutting tool and work piece deflection, including technical data, practical solutions to some common turning and milling problems and general recommendations for boring tool selection. Successful completion of this section will enable students to build and demonstrate cutting programs for turning and milling operations.

- Milling Processes
250 hours of practical examples. This module consist a total of 500 hours.
